Iced Perfect Peppermint and Gin Green Tea

Ingredients for 2

How to make

In a heat proof mug add the Docile Dragon Well Green Tea and Perfect Peppermint tea to the hot water and brew for 5 minutes.

  1. Strain the tea and let it cool.
  2. Fill two glasses with ice cubes. Divide the gin, fresh lemon juice and fresh lime juice between the two glasses.
  3. Fill the drinks the rest of the way with the cooled tea and enjoy!

An Exceptional Earl Grey marTEAni

Ingredients for 2

For the Earl Grey infused vodka:

For the cocktail:

  • 100ml Earl Grey infused vodka
  • 1 tbsp cointreau
  • orange or lemon peel to garnish
  • Lots of ice

How to make

For the infused vodka, pour the vodka into a jar and add the Exceptional Earl Grey Tea. Put the lid on, give it a really good shake and let it infuse for at least 2 hours at room temperature (or overnight in the fridge)

  1. Strain the vodka when ready to use. Any that you do not use, can be strained and stored in the fridge.
  2. Place the ice cubes in cocktail shaker, add the infused vodka and cointreau, shake well and strain into a martini glass.
  3. Garnish with a twist of orange or lemon peel (you can give the lemon or orange peel a squeeze to release some of the oils before placing in to the drink).

Vanilla Spiced Tea White Russian

Ingredients for 2

For the Chai tea syrup:

 For the cocktail:

  • 60ml vodka
  • 70ml Kahlua
  • 60ml of the chai tea syrup
  • 80ml double cream
  • cinnamon sticks and star anise, for garnishing (optional)

 How to make

  1. First make the chai tea syrup. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Remove from the heat, add the Amazing Assam Spiced tea and stir.
  2. Cover and allow it to infuse for 5-8 minutes. Strain and add the honey. Return to the pan and bring to a boil over a high heat. Boil the mixture for 3-4 minutes and it will begin to thicken and turn syrupy! Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. Allow it to cool. This will make enough syrup for around 4 cocktails and will keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks so you can make it in advance.
  4. To make the cocktail, fill 2 glasses with ice. Divide the vodka, Kahlua and 60ml of the chai tea syrup between them equally. Stir gently. Add the double cream to each glass and mix well to combine.
  5. Can be garnished with a sprinkling of ground cinnamon, cinnamon sticks or star anise and serve.

Already, we are looking forward to enjoying these over a long and relaxing Bank Holiday brunch and sitting back and sipping as the sun goes down!
